Exercise and healthy eating was instilled in me from a very young age, but I never enjoyed the experience. My personal relationship with diet and exercise was always obligatory and I wasn’t happy with how I looked or the way I felt. A few years ago I decided enough was enough! It was time to start a NEW healthy lifestyle. I found a beginner’s weightlifting program that fueled a passion I didn’t know I had! I found joy in exercising and eating what was good for my body. I lost over 35lbs in my first year and never looked back. The physical and mental benefits were ASTOUNDING and I wanted to learn more.

I enrolled in the NASM-CPT program and began studying. I plan to keep learning and acquiring new certifications all with the goal to help others find a way to make living a healthy life enjoyable! I understand the struggles and mental blocks that come with exercise and self image. Based on personal experience, I know that getting up and moving for just 15 minutes a day can make all the difference. With my help, whether that be through a specialized program specifically tailored to you, thoroughly researched online programs, just the free beginner workouts, or all three… I know we can get you feeling the best you can possibly feel.

My main goal with HEALTH by Hadid is to help people. I want YOU to feel and look your best!

My Approach

As a NASM-CPT I keep three things in mind when creating my training programs: Evidence-Based Practice, Integrated Training, and the OPT Model.

Most importantly, I want to find ways that make this process enjoyable! 1:1 consultations and programs through the NASMedge app allow me to talk with and encourage YOU! I love talking about fitness, helping you stay positive, addressing concerns, and solving roadblocks along the way. INTEGRATED TRAINING

Integrated training is a concept that combines all forms of exercise into one full system. This all inclusive approach to exercise leads to improvements in overall health, wellness, and athletic performance. The process of integrated training combats boredom and allows me to create customized, balanced programs that will maximize results for you!

Flexibility + Cardiorespiratory + Core + Balance + Plyometric + Speed, Agility, and Quickness + Resistance training = Integrated training system.

THE OPT MODEL

The Optimum Performance Training Model was developed by NASM with evidence-based practice as it’s core. The OPT model has been successful for clients seeking improvements in health, weight loss, strength, muscle mass, or athletic performance. By taking you through each stage of this model, I can carefully design programs to help you reach any specific goal you have.

Stabilization Endurance + Strength Endurance + Muscular Development + Maximal Strength + Power = OPT Model.

EVIDENCE-BASED pRACTICE

Evidence-based practice is the process of using the current best evidence to make decisions about client care. This means I rely on science when creating a program for you, not tradition or social media trends.
