Nutrition coaching involves educating clients (you) on how to make healthier, smarter food choices in order to achieve specific health outcomes.

What to expect
I will take you through a simple process meant to help you change your eating habits for the better!
Setting your goal. Whatever the goal, we will make sure it’s realistic and attainable for you.
Finding your caloric needs. Food is fuel! We want to make sure you’re consuming the right amount of energy for your specific needs.
Setting your macro nutrient targets. We will go over the importance of all three macro nutrients (proteins, fats, and carbs).
I will convert these targets to foods and habits, helping you to make a sustainable plan!
Finally, you will receive weekly (virtual) 30min calls so I can monitor, evaluate, and adjust your plan. This will hold you accountable to yourself and help you to stick with your plan!
