Power
want to become a more powerful athlete? these programs are for you.
The goal of power training is to maximize your rate of force production, giving you more power and making you an agile athlete. Power programs are only for those who are well conditioned and have experience in the previous modes of exercise.
superset training
You can expect to see a lot of supersets in these programs! Power training involves taking a strength movement (with a heavy weight) then performing a power focused movement with similar dynamics immediately afterward.
plyometric training
Plyometric training involves exercises that use explosive movements to increase rate of force production and motor unit recruitment. Optimal reactive performance of any activity depends on the speed of motor recruitment!
