During the strength endurance phase of training you will be enhancing your stabilization muscles AND increasing your prime mover strength!

Muscular Development

Muscular development training is designed to elicit maximal muscle growth. This form of training can benefit those who are seeking to lose body fat while maintaining lean muscle mass.

Maximal sTRENGTH

Maximal strength training is exactly what it sounds like. You are working toward the goal of maximal prime mover strength by lifting heavy loads. This is common for powerlifting (my all time FAVORITE type of strength movements).
